Megan Deppa is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Community Manager, Leasing Consultant, and Social Media Coordinator at CIP Communities since April 2022. Prior roles include Floor Leader and In-Store Trainer at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America (April 2019 - April 2022), Reader at Data Recognition Corporation (April 2019 - July 2019), and Concierge at Frenchies Modern Nail Care - Woodbury (June 2016 - February 2019). Megan also held a position as a Research Assistant at the University of St. Thomas (May 2018 - September 2018) and was involved with Love Your Melon as both an Event Manager and General Crew Member (February 2017 - May 2018). An internship with MN350 occurred from September 2017 to December 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Sustainability Studies from Lipscomb University (2019 - August 2022), a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of St. Thomas (2016 - 2018), and attendance at Concordia University-St. Paul (2014 - 2016), following a high school education at East Ridge High School (2010 - 2014).
