Jess Jones

Jess Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jess started their career at Quadron Services Limited as a Contract Coordinator, gaining exposure to different areas of contract management and developing skills in procurement, HR, and client relations. After their studies, they joined TTS Group Ltd, part of RM Plc, as a Graduate HR Officer. During their time at TTS, they handled significant growth and represented 300 employees. Jess then moved to RM Plc as an HR Operations Consultant, managing TUPE projects and operational HR activities. Jess returned to TTS Group as an HR Business Partner (interim) before being promoted to HR Business Partner for RM Resources after the acquisition of Consortium. At RM Plc, they further progressed to become a Talent Development Manager, focusing on developing a global workforce and implementing LinkedIn Learning. Most recently, they have joined Commercial Services Group as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner, leading people and culture initiatives and supporting the company's transformation. Now, they have taken on a new role as the PR and Communications Associate Director, where they will be responsible for building out the company's PR and Communications strategy and collaborating with different functions and brands.

Jess Jones completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Nottingham Trent University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD Qualifications in 2014-2015. Jess also holds a BA (Hons) degree in Public Relations and Events Management from the University of the Arts London, completed from 2008 to 2011. Jess attended Folkestone School for Girls in Kent from 2000 to 2007, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for that period. In addition to their formal education, Jess has obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, covering topics such as leadership, well-being, coaching, and diversity and inclusion. Jess is also an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner, certified by Insights.
