Pooja Choukse

Pooja Choukse is an experienced company secretary and compliance officer, currently serving at Commercial Syn Bags Limited since July 2022. In this role, Pooja oversees compliance with SEBI regulations and acts as the nodal officer under the IEPF Act. Prior to this, Pooja led the Compliance Department at Parenteral Drugs (I) Ltd. from January 2022 to June 2022 and also held the position of Assistant Company Secretary at Sayaji Group from July 2021 to December 2021. Pooja began their professional journey as an Article Trainee at Ujaas Energy Limited from December 2017 to June 2021. Educational qualifications include a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
