Percy Sanchez

Percy Sanchez is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Systems Technician at Commercial Tire since May 2022, Percy previously held the position of IT Manager - Help Desk at Western Power Sports from June 2020 to April 2022, where management of the Help Desk team and streamlining operational processes were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as an IT Help Desk Specialist at Norco, Inc. from August 2015 to June 2020 and as a Systems Administrator at Kordata from March 2012 to August 2015. Percy began a career in the industry as a Supervisor at ABM Industries from July 2007 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems & Cybersecurity and an Associate of Science in Computer Networking Systems, both from ITT Technical Institute, as well as an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Northern Marianas College.
