Arthur Jablonski

Arthur Jablonski has a strong background in finance, administration, and internal auditing. Arthur started their career as an Accountant at Philips Electronics North America, where they created and managed key reporting metrics and implemented internal controls for SOX compliance. Arthur then became a Corporate Internal Audit Supervisor, handling financial and operational audits for the company's Healthcare and Consumer Lifestyle units.

Afterwards, Jablonski joined PKN Orlen Capital Group as a Director of Finance and Administration/Finance Controller, overseeing financial and accounting operations for chemical manufacturing and commercial business units. Arthur also served as an Internal Audit Director, leading internal auditing functions for 12 companies within the Unipetrol Capital Group.

Jablonski later joined CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) Consulting and Accounting Solutions as an Engagement Director, leading diverse projects in financial projects, annual audit planning, and risk assessment for Fortune 500 manufacturing companies.

Most recently, Jablonski worked as an Internal Audit Director at The Manitowoc Company, where they ensured quality and consistency of audit work, promoted collaborations, and sought opportunities for process improvement.

Currently, Jablonski is working as a Senior Director of Internal Audit at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc., where they are responsible for internal audit functions.

Arthur Jablonski obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from National Louis University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2017 to 2020.
