Francisco Aleman

Francisco Aleman has worked in various IT roles throughout their career. Francisco began their career at Integradores de Tecnologia SA de CV in 2004 as an IT Administrator, where they provided help desk support to users both online and on-site. Francisco also conducted monitoring via satellite and installed and configured antennas and access points. In 2005, they joined Interconecta SA de CV as an IT Administrator, where they were responsible for network administration, active directory administration, and providing help desk support. In 2011, they moved to Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. and started as an IT Administrator. Francisco later became an IT Superintendent, overseeing IT operations. At CVG, they focused on brand development, web traffic growth, and strategic consulting. Overall, Francisco has gained experience in network administration, help desk support, and infrastructure installation and configuration throughout their career in the IT field.

Francisco Aleman obtained an Engineer's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Universidad Autonoma del Noreste, completing their studies from 2002 to 2008. Following this, they pursued further education at Profesional English for Business, where they studied Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction from 2011 to 2012.
