Heidi Ray (Sichina)

Heidi Ray (Sichina) has extensive work experience in finance and planning roles. Heidi'smost recent position was as the Finance Director at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. which they began in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Genpact from November 2019 to April 2022. Before joining Genpact, Heidi held various roles at Cardinal Health, including Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate, Strategic Finance, Medical Segment, Strategy and Corporate Development, and Category Management Finance Manager. Heidi also has experience at GE Lighting, where they served as the New Product Introduction Finance Manager and FP&A Manager for GE Lighting Solutions. Additionally, Heidi worked at General Electric as the FP&A Manager for GE Lighting Solutions and at Bear Stearns and UCC Capital Corporation as an intern in the fixed income and investment banking sectors, respectively.

Heidi Ray (Sichina) holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Columbia University, which they obtained between the years 2002 and 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance & Banking from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2007 to 2010.
