Sue White

Sue White has extensive work experience in technical writing and documentation management. Sue began their career at AT&T in 1995, where they worked in international product training bids and proposals until 2000. Sue then moved on to Alcatel-Lucent/Lucent Technologies, where they served as an information developer, managing the development and production of documentation and training materials for telecom products from 2000 to 2009. Following that, they joined Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent) as a technical writer, focusing on customer documentation development for telecom hardware and software products until 2017. From 2017 to 2023, Sue worked at TS Tech Americas, Inc. as a technical writer, collaborating with different business units to improve understanding and adherence to IS-related processes and procedures. Sue is currently a lead compliance analyst at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc.

Sue White attended Franklin University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration.
