Bettina Orlopp

Bettina Orlopp serves as the Deputy Chairwoman of the Board of Managing Directors and Chief Financial Officer at Commerzbank AG since May 2016, overseeing Group Finance, Group Investor Relations, Group Tax, and Group Treasury. Prior to this role, Bettina was a Member of the Board of Managing Directors focused on Group Compliance, Group Customer Process & Data Management, Group Human Resources, and Group Legal from July 2019 to December 2019. Bettina also held the position of Executive Board Member responsible for Group Compliance, Group Human Resources, and Group Legal. Previously, Bettina was a Divisional Board Member for Group Development & Strategy at Commerzbank AG from 2014 to 2016 and spent nearly two decades at McKinsey & Company as a Partner and Consultant. Bettina holds a Doctorate in Finance and a Diploma in Business Administration, both from the University of Regensburg.
