Heike Heuberger

Heike Heuberger is the Managing Director and board member of Commerzbank-Stiftung, currently leading the Brand & Research department of Commerzbank AG on an interim basis. With over a decade of experience in Corporate Responsibility Management, Heike has held various leadership roles at Commerzbank AG, focusing on corporate communication, sustainability, and digital transformation. Previously, they served as the Unit Head at CONTEAM GRUPPE and led Corporate Social Responsibility at Dresdner Bank AG. Heike is recognized as a "Digital Leader," fostering employee self-responsibility and innovation, and continues to mentor emerging leaders while actively participating in executive audits. They earned a Master of Arts in Political Science and German Studies from Universität Mannheim.
