Holger Schulte

Holger Schulte is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within the banking sector. Since January 2009, Holger has been serving as the Head of Strategy at Commerzbank AG, overseeing strategy, transformation, and sustainability initiatives. Previous positions at Commerzbank include Chief Risk Officer, responsible for corporate SME lending, and Divisional COO, where Holger managed project integration between Dresdner Bank and Commerzbank. Prior to Commerzbank, Holger held leadership roles at Dresdner Bank, focusing on credit processes and rating implementations. Holger began a career at Accenture, enhancing financial services through business model analysis and the integration of credit processes.
