Thomas Schaufler

Thomas Schaufler is currently the Head of Business Segment Private and Small-Business Customers at Commerzbank. Prior to this, they were Geschäftsführer Asset Management at Erste Asset Management GmbH from January 2013 to December 2016. From January 2010 to December 2016, they were also Leiter Vertrieb Privatkunden und Produktmanagement at Erste Group Bank AG. Thomas has been a member of the Vorstand at both Erste Group Bank AG and Erste Bank und Sparkasse from January 2021 to December 2021 and January 2016 to December 2021 respectively. Prior to their work on the Vorstand, they were Leiter Vertrieb Privatkunden at Erste Bank und Sparkasse from January 1996 to December 2010.

Thomas Schaufler works with Sabine Schmittroth - Group Human Resources, Bettina Orlopp - Chief Financial Officer, and Michael Kotzbauer - Head of Business Segment Corporate Clients. Thomas Schaufler reports to Manfred Knof, Chief Executive Officer.
