Jonas Wenke

Jonas Wenke is the Principal at CommerzVentures, a position they have held since December 2020.

Wenke has extensive experience in the financial sector. Jonas was an Expert at the European Commission from December 2017 to December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate - Leveraged Finance at Commerzbank AG from July 2013 to September 2016.

Wenke has a deep understanding of the inner workings of the financial world, which has allowed him to be successful in their current role.

Jonas Wenke has a MA in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen, an MA Exchange from Tsinghua University, a BSc in International Business from Maastricht University, and a BSc Exchange in International Program in Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

They work with Xaver Kelbel - Director Finance, Alexandre Moreillon - Principal, and Joachim Merten - CFO. Jonas Wenke reports to Heiko Schwender, Managing Partner.
