Elina Pojar

Elina Pojar is a professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Since March 2021, Elina has been serving as a talent acquisition advisor at the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ), following previous roles as a talent acquisition technician and an administration and customer service technician. Prior experience includes working as a receptionist at the Palais des congrès de Montréal from September 2017 to October 2021, and as a human resources advisor and project facilitator at Destination Travail du Sud-Ouest de l'île de Montréal/CJE LaSalle between May 2020 and April 2021. Elina also has experience as a project facilitator at the same organization in 2019. Elina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations with a specialization in organizational development and human resources management from Concordia University, and an associate's degree in social work from Dawson College.
