Donal Leavy

Donal Leavy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and telecommunications regulation. Since 2001, Donal has served as the Director of Wholesale at ComReg, leading the Wholesale Division and overseeing wholesale telecommunications regulation in Ireland. Prior to this role, Donal was the CFO of Multimedia at Eircom from 1999 to 2001, managing financial reporting for the ISP. Donal's earlier experience includes serving as Finance Director at Nypro Limited, where overall financial responsibility encompassed IT and procurement, and as Group Financial Controller at IWP International PLC, focusing on public financial reporting and group management. Donal's educational background includes an Executive Development Programme from INSEAD and a Diploma in Professional Accounting along with a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.
