John McGuinness

John McGuinness is an experienced economist currently working at ComReg since August 2023. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Sia Partners from November 2020 to August 2022, Digital Strategy Consultant at Segmatic in early 2020, and Daily Rate Contractor as an independent professional in mid-2019. McGuinness has also traveled from January to June 2019 and served as a Consultant at Deloitte Ireland from September 2016 to December 2018, where involvement in consulting and corporate finance was noted. Early experience includes positions as a Residential Assistant at the Centre for Talented Youth Ireland in mid-2016 and Conference Head Organiser Coordinator for the European Youth Parliament Ireland from 2015 to 2016. An internship at Accenture in summer 2015 provided foundational insights into project management. McGuinness holds a Master's degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics from University College Dublin.
