Robert Quinn

Robert Quinn is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in governance and management roles. Currently serving as Senior Finance & Governance Manager at the Commission for Communications Regulations since 2002, Robert oversees a budget of €50 million and manages a team of eight. Previously, Robert held the position of Chair of the BEREC advisory group from January 2018 to December 2022 and worked as a Management Accountant at ODTR and DDFH&B. Robert's expertise includes cost accounting and reporting, working capital management, and systems implementation. With a strong educational background, including a Diploma in Corporate Governance from University College Dublin and a Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College Dublin, Robert continues to demonstrate exemplary skills in financial accounting, audit preparation, and internal controls.
