Howard Maker has a background in law and extensive experience in regulatory organizations. They have held various roles such as Counsel at The Law Society of Upper Canada, Director of Investigations at The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, Senior Deputy Ombudsman at OBSI, and currently serves as Commissioner & CEO at the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services. Maker has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a LL.B. from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
