Orlando Cabrera-Rivera has extensive experience in environmental policy and management, currently serving as the Head of Unit for Environmental Quality at the Commission for Environmental Cooperation of North America since August 2007. In this role, Orlando oversees the implementation of environmental initiatives across North America, focusing on air quality, climate change, and pollutant release and transfer registers. Prior to this position, Orlando was an Air Policy Analyst at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources from August 1990 to July 2007. Orlando holds a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology and a Master's degree in Land/Air Resources Management, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
