Mark McLean PGDip. BSc. possesses over 28 years of experience in Project and Business Analysis, as well as Data Management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Analyst in ICT at the Commission for Regulation of Utilities since August 2011. Mark has a strong focus on implementing SOPs and ensuring the security of organizational systems, including the CRU website and CRM. Previous roles include Senior Architectural Assistant at the National Building Agency and several technical positions in architecture and design. Mark holds a Master of Science in CyberSecurity, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing in Cybersecurity, and multiple certifications in IT and business analysis, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Data Centre Management with Distinction and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
