Geraldine Flor-Casipit

Ma. Geraldine Flor-Casipit has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Ma. Geraldine began their career in 1986 as a Professor at the University of Luzon. From 1996 to 2001, they served as a Project Development Officer at the Lingayen Gulf Coastal Area Management Commission (LGCAMC). In 2001, they worked as an Executive Secretary in the Mayor's Office in the Municipality of Mangaldan. From 2002 to 2013, they held the role of Education Supervisor II at the Commission on Higher Education Region I. Following that, they worked as a Supervising Education Program Specialist from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the OIC Regional Director at the Commission on Higher Education- CAR. In 2016, they became the Chief Education Program Specialist for CHED Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). In 2020, they briefly worked as an Assistant Project Manager for the Philippine-California Advanced Research Institutes (PCARI). Ma. Geraldine then became the Special Assistant to the Office of CHED Commissioner Lilian De Las Llagas from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they briefly worked as the Special Assistant to the Office of CHED Commissioner Aldrin Darilag. Lastly, in 2022, they held the position of Chief Education Program Specialist (designated) for CHED National Capital Region (NCR).

Ma. Geraldine Flor-Casipit holds a Doctor of Communication degree from the University of the Philippines Open University. Ma. Geraldine also obtained a Doctor of Arts major in Educational Management, MAEd, AB English, and BS Journalism from the University of Luzon. In addition, they earned a Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pangasinan, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994.
