Elissa Montoya

Elissa Montoya, PMP, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources transformation, consulting, and operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as Client Partner and HR Modernization Lead at Commit Consulting since August 2024, Elissa previously held roles at Mercer and Mercer Digital as an HR Transformation, Operations & Technology Advisor and Engagement Manager, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Consultant and Project Manager at HRchitect, where Elissa focused on helping HR teams optimize HCM tools, and various HR management roles at Kindred Healthcare/RehabCare and GSI Commerce, where responsibilities included compliance, onboarding, and compensation management. Elissa began the career at Beutler HVAC and Aerotek/Solectron, managing HR operations for large-scale projects and addressing workforce challenges. Elissa holds a Bachelor's degree in English & Education from Tennessee State University.
