Joe Monaghan

Joe Monaghan, GPHR, currently serves as the VP of HR Innovation and Digital Enablement at Commit Consulting since July 2024. Prior to this role, Joe accumulated extensive experience at Mercer from March 2015 to August 2024, advancing through various positions including Sr. Principal in HR Transformation and Technology, and Principal in HR Transformation and HR Technology. Joe's earlier career includes a role as a Consultant in HR Technology and Analytics at Deloitte from October 2013 to March 2015, and a position as a Consultant in HR Technology and Payroll at NGA Human Resources between January 2012 and October 2013. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Sales from Kennesaw State University, earned in 2012.
