Landon Russell

Landon Russell currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Account Executive at Commit Consulting, following the rebranding from Altura Consulting in August 2023. Prior to this role, Landon was a Business Development Manager and Workday Architect at Altura, where responsibilities included managing payroll, absence, and time tracking practices to enhance Workday user experiences. Landon gained earlier experience as a Workday Consultant at Mercer, specializing in cloud-based HR management solutions. Landon's professional journey includes a sales internship at Legends, where skills in client communication and event organization were developed. A graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Landon also played for the Men's Varsity Basketball Team during college and achieved certifications in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
