Mitchell Barnes is a Senior Economic Policy Analyst with the Committee for Economic Development (CED) of The Conference Board. Prior to joining CED, Mitchell worked as a Research Analyst with The Hamilton Project at the Brookings Institution focused on labor markets, business dynamics, and various economic policy topics. Before that role, he worked in regulatory policy for Bank of America and earned the CFA designation.
Mitchell graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Master’s in International Business and later received his Master’s in Applied Economics from The George Washington University.
