Stanley (Stan) Bikulege is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Novolex, responsible for all aspects of the company’s business. A packaging industry veteran, Bikulege has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and service businesses. Before joining Novolex as Chairman and CEO in 2008, Bikulege was an Operating Partner at Arsenal Capital, where he was responsible for a number of its portfolio companies including serving as Chairman of IDQ, a leading provider of automotive air conditioning products. Prior to that he served as President and CEO of Renaissance Mark, a leading manufacturer of labels in North America that was sold to Ft. Dearborn, a Genstar portfolio company. Earlier in his career, Bikulege was President and CEO of Sterling Group portfolio company Exopack, a leading producer of plastic and paper packaging. Bikulege serves on the Flexible Packaging Association Board of Directors, where he is a past Chairman, and on the board of Quantix. He has served on the Board of Directors of Paragon, Source Refrigeration, IMDS, Interdynamics, RLG and M33 and has been a Trustee for St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Greenville, S.C. and Coker College. He is also on the Board of Advisors of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Through his family foundation, he has endowed academic scholarships at Youngstown State University, the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville, Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh, Georgia State University and Greenville Technical College, in addition to supporting numerous other non-profits to help those in need. Bikulege holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Youngstown State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.
