Stephen Kelly

Stephen Kelly is a Supervising Staff Attorney at Committee for Public Counsel Services, overseeing staff attorneys representing indigent criminal defendants in Massachusetts trial courts. Prior to this, Stephen worked as an Attorney at Law / Principal at The Law Office of Stephen P. Kelly, focusing on General Practice. With over twenty years of experience in the legal field, Stephen served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force, holding various roles including Chief regional defense counsel, supervising attorney, appellate defense counsel, and prosecutor. Kelly holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Politics from Ithaca College.
