Since joining the team, Lindsay has created countless process improvements, operational efficiencies and continues to lead projects centered around enhancing the superior customer service provided to CommLoan’s borrowers, referral partners and lenders. Lindsay believes that if you keep your focus on the customer experience, everything else will follow. With commitment, dedication, and a lot of hard work, she knows the possibilities are endless. Lindsay’s 15+ years in financing, a master’s degree in business and leadership from Grand Canyon University, and her extensive operational experience have enabled her to be an integral part of building the company.
