Justin Nadolney has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Justin started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Yale Electric Supply Co Inc. in 2005, where they worked until 2011. Justin then joined the University of Connecticut as a Research Assistant and Engineering Undergraduate Academic Assistant from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Justin joined Consigli Construction as a Project Engineer until 2013. Justin then moved to Skanska USA Building Inc. as a Project Engineer and later became an Assistant Project Manager from 2013 to 2016. Since 2016, Justin has been working at Commodore Builders, starting as an Assistant Project Manager and progressing to become a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and currently holds the position of Director of Operations / Project Director (Life Science). Justin's work experience spans different roles and responsibilities in the construction industry, showcasing their expertise and leadership skills. Justin is a LEED AP and CM-Lean certified.

Justin Nadolney obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut in the years 2008 to 2012. In 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, specializing in Construction Management. Additionally, in 2011, they attended The Institute at Palazzo Rucellai where they studied Italian Language and Architecture. Justin also holds several certifications, including CM-Lean from the Associated General Contractors of America, LEED AP BD+C from the USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter, and Procore Certified: Associate from Procore Technologies.
