Evelina Almeida is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in cost estimation and project oversight in the construction and architectural sectors. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Commodore Construction Corp. since July 2019, Evelina previously worked as a Senior Project Estimator at Jonathan Metal & Glass and David Shuldiner Inc. During earlier roles, including Project Estimator at A-Val Architectural Metal III, LLC, and Executive Office Manager at Mensch Millwork Corp., Evelina developed expertise in preparing cost estimates for commercial and residential projects while managing office operations and coordinating project schedules. Evelina's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology and an Associate's degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from Queensborough Community College.
