Emmanuel Hilario Lightbourne is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in contract management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Senior Associate - Contracts at Common App since June 2022, Emmanuel brings extensive expertise from previous roles, including Legal & Regulatory Manager for the Caribbean and South America at JTI, where negotiation and administration of complex contracts were key responsibilities.
