Loveen Bains

Loveen Bains is an experienced professional in development and advancement with a strong background in educational organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Advancement at Common App since March 2022, Loveen previously held the role of Director of Development at Ultimate Impact. Additional experience includes significant positions at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, U.S. Department of Education, Lone Star Community College, McRory Pediatrics, and the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis. Loveen holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from the University of Houston, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Loveen is also pursuing a Certificate of Fundraising and Development from UC San Diego Extended Studies, set to complete in December 2025.
