Rebecca Riebling, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rebecca is currently the Interim VP of People at Common App. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Development & Acquisition at Common App. Before joining Common App, Rebecca worked as the People Operations Manager and Senior Recruiter at Clever Real Estate. Rebecca also served as the Human Resources Consultant and Director of Human Resources and Compliance at Beth Sholom Village. In addition, they have experience as an Office Manager - Executive Assistant at Beth Sholom Village. Rebecca's previous roles also include being a Human Resources Generalist - Admin Assistant at Generations Home Health and an Office Coordinator at Mary Washington Healthcare - Rappahannock Neurosurgery Assoc. Rebecca has also held the position of General Manager Food & Beverage at Paramount's Kings Dominion. Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated skills in talent management, recruitment, performance evaluation, employee relations, and compliance. Rebecca holds an MBA and is a certified SHRM-SCP.

Rebecca Riebling has a comprehensive education history. Starting in 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General from Old Dominion University, completing it in 2021. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Sciences Administration from the same institution. In 2011, Rebecca earned an Associate's Degree in Science from Tidewater Community College.
