Joseph Jarvis

Joseph Jarvis is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and construction management, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at Common Citizen since 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Area Engineer and Contracting Officer with the US Army Corps of Engineers from 2009 to 2018, and a position at Turner Construction Company within the Phoenix Business Unit from 2006 to 2009. Joseph also owned JYC Corporation from 1998 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Wayne State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
