Wendy Wilkins is a senior global nonprofit strategist with expertise in organizational transformation and growth. For more than 20 years, Ms. Wilkins has successfully created and executed funding strategies which support organizational growth, ensures sustainable growth, amplifies brand visibility, and inspires team members and colleagues.

Ms. Wilkins exhibits a natural ability to cultivate strong relationships with high-level donors, board of directors, C-suite corporate executives, and advisory boards to partner on business development projects, donor & sponsorship campaigns, and build volunteer pipelines. Wendy’s areas of expertise include successful fundraising and development, corporate relations and cultivation, process optimization, quality assurance and accountability, grant proposal writing, special event management and execution as well as staff training and development.

Wendy Wilkins is a champion for change and currently serves on the board of iHeartMedia Chicago Local Advisory Board. Her previous board leadership and advisory council experience includes Grameen America, Grace Institute and Ashley Stewart Stores Community Foundation Board.

Ms. Wilkins is the recipient of select awards and accolades including Top Ladies of Distinction Status of Women Award, iHeartMedia Chicago Community Partner Award, Dress for Success Luminary Leadership Award, Year Up’s Community Ambassador Award, and the Eugenio Maria de Hostos Community College of the City University of New York Partner of the Year.

Wendy Wilkins is a graduate of Laboratory Institute of Merchandising College, (Occupational Studies in Management) New York and Fashion Institute of Technology (Fashion Business management) New York. She has a deep passion for reading, traveling and empowering women, children, and families from underserved communities to achieve self-defined success. Wendy strongly believes in everyone’s combined ability to create a ripple effect through volunteerism and philanthropy.
