Jace Rasche

Jace Rasche is a skilled professional with diverse experience in leadership, management, and education. As the Co-Founder and General Manager of Common Good Co. since March 2022, Jace operates a coffee shop and coworking space. In the role of Network Leader for Renaissance since May 2018, Jace equips and empowers communities to reimagine their church and roles. Jace served as Area Director and WyldLife Director at Young Life from August 2011 to April 2018, leading a team to build relationships with middle school students. Earlier experience includes teaching high school math through Teach For America in the Mississippi Delta and working as an Accounting Intern at Solution Tree. Jace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained in 2010.
