Meghan Blakeney

Meghan Blakeney, CMP, currently serves as the Manager of Meetings and Membership Services at Common Ground Alliance since March 2022. Prior to this role, Meghan held various positions at Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center from May 2014 to March 2022, including Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Associate. Previous experience also includes a position as a Guest Service Representative at Inn at USC Wyndham Garden and an Event Planning Intern at Dreamy Affairs Signature Events. Meghan began the career in hospitality as a Front Desk Agent at The Club at Hillbrook in the summer of 2012. Meghan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a focus in Event Planning from the University of South Carolina between 2011 and 2013.
