Meredith Danberg-Ficarelli

Meredith Danberg-Ficarelli is a sustainability expert and entrepreneur, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of WATS since July 2021, where efforts focus on digitizing the waste industry to promote visibility and efficiency. As a Board Member of the US Composting Council and an Advisory Board Member for Common Ground Compost, Meredith Danberg-Ficarelli actively contributes to the advancement of waste reduction initiatives and improved soil health practices. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Common Ground Compost and the NYC Microhauling and Processing Trade Association, along with consulting and project management positions in various organizations dedicated to sustainability. Meredith Danberg-Ficarelli holds an MS in Urban Policy Analysis and Sustainability Management from The New School and a BA in Anthropology and Printmaking from the University of Virginia.
