Stephanie David, JD, MPH, IMH-E, currently serves as the Director of Early Childhood Policy at Common Ground Health, where responsibilities include leading early childhood policy initiatives and participating in various community committees focused on health and education. Since December 2018, Stephanie has also been a board member and officer for the New York State Association for Infant Mental Health. As a Professorial Lecturer and former Assistant Research Professor at The George Washington University-Milken Institute School of Public Health, Stephanie instructs courses in Public Health Law and has conducted significant research in public health policy across various areas. Previous roles include Health Policy Coordinator at the University of Rochester Medical Center and associate positions at legal firms specializing in corporate litigation. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from The George Washington University, a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Cornell University.
