Kevin Roskopf

Kevin Roskopf is an experienced operations and customer experience manager with a strong background in healthcare and sales. Currently serving as the Operations Implementation & Support Manager at Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative since January 2019, Kevin develops implementation strategies and oversees the introduction of new technologies. Previously, Kevin held roles including Manager of Member Services at Smart Choice MRI and Director of Customer Experience & Strategy, eCommerce at Industries for the Blind, Inc., where responsibilities included enhancing customer journeys and developing marketing strategies. Kevin's earlier positions include roles in business development and sales management at KI and Hollister, where Kevin focused on product development, sales training, and CRM implementation. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
