Michael Winkler

Originally from southeast Wisconsin, Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He started his career with Prudential Insurance working in California and then Minnesota.

While working at Prudential, Michael earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota. Michael then relocated to Green Bay to work for Wipfli, a public accounting firm. Following his time at Wipfli, Michael led the financial organization at Nature’s Way, a vitamin and supplement company, for over 20 years, most of which as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO and a member of the executive team, he was responsible for all aspects of financial management including strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged financing, and stockholder and board member relations.
