Laura Rolands

Laura Rolands is an accomplished Human Resources professional and coach with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Common Ground since July 2021, Laura also operates as a Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator at My Attention Coach, where the focus is on enhancing productivity and addressing attention-related challenges. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager for North America at MSX International and US Human Resources Manager at Nidec Motor Corporation, alongside significant contributions in leadership positions at Ulliance and Chrysler LLC.
