Maggie Schneider

Maggie Schneider is a Senior Program Manager at Common Impact since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading and managing a portfolio of corporate partners to develop and evaluate skills-based volunteering programs while enhancing Corporate Social Responsibility strategies. Previously, Maggie served as a Program Manager at Common Impact, partnering with Fortune 100 clients to strategize and implement CSR programming. Maggie's experience also includes managing a volunteer program at 2Life Communities, where significant operational improvements were achieved, and leading a successful recruitment and training initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional roles include production assistance and campaign management, showcasing a diverse skill set in project management and advocacy. Maggie holds a Master's Degree in Global Inclusion and Social Development from UMass Boston and a Bachelor's Degree in Africana Studies from Smith College, complemented by extensive volunteer and leadership experience.
