Karen Guzman

Karen Guzman is an experienced property portfolio manager currently working at Common Interest Management Services since September 2022 and previously held the same title at Walsh Property Management from September 2015 to September 2022. Guzman also served as Assistant Manager and Project Coordinator at Crow Canyon Country Club Estates Community Association, Inc., where responsibilities included supporting the Board of Directors and managing community projects. Additional experience includes consulting roles, marketing consulting, and leadership positions in collegiate organizations. Guzman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Corporate Management from Cal State East Bay and is pursuing a Real Estate Salesperson license at Merritt College.
