Sara Hanegby

Sara Hanegby is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in sales management and strategy implementation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sales Development Team Manager at Common Room since September 2025, Sara previously held significant roles such as Head of Business Development at Torch, where an outbound motion was successfully established, and Business Development Team Manager at Growthspace, where an outbound pipeline was scaled to $1.4 million in the first year. Sara’s earlier experience includes a Senior Business Development Lead position at Buildots, where groundwork for SDR infrastructure was laid, and a series of roles at DarioHealth culminating in leadership over a high-performing sales team. With educational qualifications in Nursing Science from Queen's University and Biology and Psychology from York University, Sara combines a strong academic foundation with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance.
