In her work at CSA Research, Rebecca Ray’s primary focus is global digital transformation, enterprise globalization, localization maturity, social media, and global product development. Her other coverage areas include crowdsourcing, transcreation, and internationalization.
Since the 1980s, Rebecca has focused on designing, testing, adapting, and marketing high-tech products outside of the United States. She managed worldwide product design, localization, and marketing for successful products sold internationally by IBM, Netscape Communications, Remedy Systems, Symantec, and Sun Microsystems.
A former Rotary International scholar and Silicon Valley veteran, Rebecca co-authored Doing Business in the USA, a book for global high-tech companies.
She graduated summa cum laude with a master’s in Latin American studies from Indiana University and magna cum laude with a bachelor’s in Spanish from Hanover College.
