In 2007, Simona joined Password s.r.l. as an Operations Manager, a role they held until 2006. Simona then transitioned to CSA Research, where they held multiple positions over the years. Simona started as an Operations Manager in 2007, then progressed to a Business Development Manager in 2009. From 2010 to 2016, they served as the Director of Sales, International, overseeing sales operations on an international scale.
