Zoe Schlag

Zoe Schlag is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in employee ownership and social impact initiatives. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Common Trust, Zoe facilitates employee ownership buyouts for small business owners. Concurrently, Zoe serves as an Executive Fellow at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations and is a board member for organizations including JUST Community, MDaaS Global, and Creation Crate, focusing on empowering marginalized communities and enhancing access to education and healthcare. Previous experience includes roles as Entrepreneur in Residence at Schmidt Futures, Board Member at R3 Score Technologies, and Managing Director of Techstars Impact. Zoe holds a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University and has furthered expertise through studies in Cultural Identity, Social Justice, and Documentary Filmmaking at the School for International Training.
