Caroline Gillespie Greer

Caroline Gillespie Greer is the Managing Director at Commonfund since July 2005, responsible for portfolio management, analysis, manager identification, due diligence, and investment monitoring. Prior to her tenure at Commonfund, Caroline served as a Partner and Principal at Contego Capital Management, LLC, focusing on customized funds of hedge funds from March 2004 to June 2005, and held the position of Director at Oppenheimer and Company from June 2001 to March 2004, where hedge fund due diligence and portfolio management were key responsibilities. Caroline holds a Master of Philosophy in Political Science and Government from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the University of Toronto.
