Ben Zion Shaick

Ben Zion Shaick has a strong background in algorithm research and engineering. Ben Zion has held roles at various companies, including CommonGround-AI, RobotAI, Qualcomm, CSR, Zoran, and AlgoPool. At CommonGround-AI, they served as a Senior Algorithm Research Engineer. Prior to this, they were the VP of R&D at RobotAI. Ben Zion also worked as a Senior Staff Algorithm Engineer at Qualcomm and as a Senior Staff Engineer in Algorithms & Architecture at both CSR and Zoran. In addition, they co-founded and served as the CTO of AlgoPool. Ben's work experience spans from 2004 to the present day.

Ben Zion Shaick holds a Ph.D in Object Detection from Tel Aviv University. Prior to that, they obtained an M.Sc in Processing of Ultrasound Images Sequences, as well as a B.Sc in Mathematics and Physics, both from Tel Aviv University.
